We always keep our buyers on the top of our priority list. That’s why we offer Money Return policy in 24 Hours to our clients who have bought from us and having problem with it.
We have our experienced technicians who can find the root of the problem and provide you with the best possible solutions. Also, if you face problem regarding our products, we promise to refund your money.
Refunds will not be accepted for the below mentioned situations:
- If you don’t use the RDP properly.
- If the customer has a bad network.
- If any other technical problem prevents the client from using the RDP.
- If you have an issue with software that is based on third-party.
- You can’t apply for refund when it comes to the USA/ Admin RDP product category.
Policy regarding Admin RDP Server
- We have our server managers who are available at your service for 24×7 hours. Day or night- Never hesitate to contact us if you face any issue.
- We cannot allow any encoding videos in the admin RDP server.
- We may restart the server while we are doing the server maintenance occasionally.
Policy regarding Private RDP Server:
- There is no refund policy for our private RDP servers.
- If you report on any server fault, we will be trying to fix the issue as soon as possible. But it depends on available hardware and holidays.
- We have our own set- up time for all our products. Within that time, we will not accept any report about pending server or server not delivered.
Notes:
- If our TOs are violated, we will not offer any refund to you at any cost.
- If you are not agree with our Rules or Regulation, please don’t place your order for Server.
- If you are ok with our TOS and Refund Policy, then please read Paypal/ Payza or other payment mode.
- We don’t offer refund on Residential Plans. If you see that your IP is out of work, please create a support ticket. Your Ip will be changed.
